Week 4 of Thursday Training and our coaches will be giving our younger hurdlers - U8s, U9s and U10s - some coaching on hurdles technique. This is a great opportunity for those new to hurdles to get some tips on how to improve speed and technique. Our U7s will be doing sprints and older athletes will be on long jump. Check out all the info on our training sessions on our Training Page.
This week's program is now available on the Club Documents Page. Please note new numbering for Long Jump pits - Under 7s will use the small top pits - now pits 7 and 8. Under 8s - Under 10s will use the new pits (now numbered 3-6) and Under 11s and older will continue to use pits 1 and 2 for Long Jump and Triple Jump.

We are excited to have Matt Wecker from Senior Athletics Club NCGA coaching high jump at our Thursday Training this week. He will be coaching U11s and older on the flop technique, while Simone will take Under 9s and 10s for Scissors. Our U7s and u8s will do some Long Jump and sprints. The next three weeks training schedules are now available on our Training Page.
This week's program is now online, We have made some modifications to the program as the new long jump pit will not be available this week due to the rain. We will include more long jump for all age groups once we have a full set of pits available.
