This week athletes will have a Hurdles focus:
PS: Made a last minute decision to attend and you haven’t registered - no need to miss out just head on down to training. At training this week athletes will be working on the following:
Thursday training is from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields. Athletes should register each week to assist our coaches with planning: We need adult helpers for each group to assist with retrieving throw implements and make sure kids are lining up and behaving in a safe manner. The schedule for the rest of the season can be found on the Training page. Training is on Thursdays from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields.

Athletes should register each week to assist us with planning: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/gungahlinlac/events/list This week all athletes will be undertaking Sprints training, this includes Block training for athletes aged U11+ and the option to learn Race Walking. U6 - U8: Sprints U9 - U10: Sprints U11 - Adult: Sprints - including Blocks Optional Race Walking technique Parents/Guardians please sign in each athlete (U6-U17) attending the training and stay at the grounds. We appreciate your help with lining up the kids, assisting with equipment (setup, adjustments, packup) etc. The schedule for the rest of the season can be found on our Training page. We particularly encourage our U9 and U11 athletes to attend since they are learning High Jump for the first time or have a new technique this season.
