GUNLAC Training - 7th November 2024

GUNLAC training is on each Thursday from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields. 

Parents/Guardians please sign in each athlete attending the training and stay at the grounds.  There will be a table and folder with a sign-in sheet available on the oval.

The skills we will focus on this week are:

• U6 - U7: Vortex Javelin
• U8 - U10: Turbo Javelin
• U11 - U17: Javelin
