MEET 7 - 29 November 2025

Meet #7 tomorrow and Christmas break is just around the corner, only a couple of meets until our last meet for the year (#9).  Sadly our coffee van wont be with us this weekend.
If you’ll be in Canberra on the 20-21st December and are in U9+ age groups, check out the championships (details below), we don’t have a meet that weekend so you can still get your athletics fix before Christmas!                                          

UPCOMING EVENTS & COMPETITIONS
Combined & Individual Event Championships - Sat 20 - Sun 21 December 2025 at Woden Athletics Field - registrations closing midday Monday, 15 Dec 

• Combined Events: Athletes must turn 13+yrs of age by the end of 2025 to compete.
• Individual Events: Athletes must turn 10+yrs of age by the end of 2025 to compete.
  

Start Times: 
       8:20am: Tiny Tots(top oval) and U6-8 (straight track)
       9:45am: 1500m Run U11-Adult (meet at round track - bottom oval)
       9:50am: U9-Adult - meet close to senior throws.
​Programs and Rosters: This week’s program is now available for Saturday's events and Group C is on Roster Duty. Volunteers (other than Tiny Tots) will need to sign in at the Equipment shed before reporting at their rostered duty.
Uniforms:The new red uniform items are in stock - T-shirts, Sleeveless T-shirts, Crops and Racer Singlets and can be purchased at the start of each session.  If you have any uniforms that you are ready to recycle, good condition shirts can be donated to our second hand uniforms, others can be placed in the large signposted bag between the sign-in desk and the Coles bananas. Uniforms will be recycled at a local recycling centre.


We hope our athletes currently competing at the School Sport Australia Track & Field National Championships are having a great meet.
Fingers crossed our luck with the rain holds out for us to have a great meet!
