GUNLAC training is on each Thursday from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields.  All age groups will be doing variations of the High Jump.

As this is the first season that our U9's start High Jump and U11's move to the 'flop' technique it's a great chance for them to learn and practice these skills.  Our youngest age groups had great fun learning the basics on the mat last High Jump session.

• U6 - U8:     High jump basics
• U9 - U10:   High jump - scissors
• U11 - U17:  High jump - flop

​Parents/Guardians please sign in each athlete attending the training and stay at the grounds.  There will be a table and folder with a sign-in sheet available on the oval.
