Training - 13 February 2025

GUNLAC training is on this Thursday from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields. 

A reminder that a guardian must remain at the oval close to the activity their child/ren are undertaking during training. The guardian needs to ensure their child/ren are participating appropriately and must be readily available in case of an injury.

This week athletes will be predominantly working on their Sprints:

• U6 - U7: Sprints and Shotput
• U8 - U10: Sprints
• U11 - U17: Sprints
