Training: 13 March 2025

Our final GUNLAC training session for the season will be held this Thursday from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields. This week athletes will be working on:
             * U6 - U8: Shotput
             * U9 - U10: Shotput
​             * U11 - U17: Javelin

​We need adult helpers for each group to assist with retrieving throw implements and make sure kids are lining up and behaving in a safe manner.
