Training - 20th February 2025

GUNLAC training is on Thursdays from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields. 

This week athletes will be predominantly working on their Hurdles:

• U6 - U7: Mini Hurdles and Shotput
• U8 - U10: Hurdles
• U11 - U17: Hurdles

​If you need to pick up any uniform items for Champs this weekend you can purchase them during the training session from our Registrar.
