Training: 30 January 2025

GUNLAC training is on Thursdays from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields. This week athletes will be working on:

• U6 - U8: Long Jump & Hurdles
• U9 - U10: Discus
• U11 - U17: Discus

Parents/Guardians please sign in each athlete attending the training and stay at the grounds.  We appreciate your help with lining up the kids, assisting with equipment (setup, adjustments, packup) etc.
