TRaining - 5 december 2024

GUNLAC training is on each Thursday from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields.  This week athletes will be working on their throws.

• U6 - U10:   Shot Put
• U11 - U17:  Discus

​Parents/Guardians please sign in each athlete attending the training and stay at the grounds.  There will be a table and folder with a sign-in sheet available on the oval.
