TRAINING - 6 February 2025

GUNLAC training is on Thursdays from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields. This week athletes will be working on Javelin:

• U6 - U7: Vortex Javelin
• U8 - U10: Turbo Javelin
• U11 - U17: Discus Javelin

Parents/Guardians please sign in each athlete attending the training and stay at the grounds.  We appreciate your help with lining up the kids, assisting with equipment (setup, adjustments, packup) etc.
