Training - Hurdles

This week athletes will have a Hurdles focus:

• U6-U8     Mini Hurdles & Discus
  
• ​U9-U10   Hurdles
• U11+.        Hurdles
  

Thursday training is from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields. Athletes should register each week to assist us with planning:
