Training starts on Thursday 10 October

Our first training session for season 2024/25 will be held this Thursday 10 October!!  Attending our weekly training sessions is a great way for athletes to improve their skills. Triple jump is one of the new events for U11s. Attending training this week will allow U11s & other athletes who haven't tried TJ before to give it a go before a Saturday meet.

WHEN: 6 - 7pm (arrive at least 10mins early to allow time to sign on & be ready to start at 6pm)
WHERE: Amaroo Playing Fields
WHO: All registered U6 - U17 athletes can attend (no training for Tiny Tots)
FOCUS: Discus (U6-8), Long jump (U9-10), Triple Jump (U11-17)

Please note: Every athlete MUST have a parent or responsible adult stay at the oval during our training sessions. Children are not to be dropped off. Parents are encouraged to assist with training sessions as able (set up, pack up, rake a pit, retrieve throws implements).
