TRaining - Throws

Training this week has a Throws focus:

• U6-U8 Discus
• U9-U10 Shotput
• U11+ Discus

Thursday training is from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields. Athletes should register each week to assist us with planning.  If you've made a last minute decision to attend and you haven’t registered - no need to miss out just head on down to training.

We need adult helpers for each group to assist with retrieving throw implements and make sure kids are lining up and behaving in a safe manner.
