Training - Throws and Jumps

Thursday training is from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields.

Please email our Coaching Coordinator with the number of athletes attending and their Age Groups: [email protected].  This is particularly important for planning during the holiday season when numbers fluctuate significantly.

This week our athletes will be training in:
       U6-U8 Long Jump
       U9-U10 Discus
       U11 + Discus

We need adult helpers for each group to assist with retrieving throw implements, raking pits, etc and make sure kids are lining up and behaving in a safe manner.
