Training: Thursday, 23 January 2025

GUNLAC training is on this Thursday from 6-7pm at Amaroo Playing Fields.
❗️ Important: there is no GUNLAC Meet this Saturday due to the long weekend.

This week at training athletes will be working on their throws and jumps with:

• U6 - U8: Discus
• U9 - U10: Long jump
• ​U11 - U17: Triple jump

Parents/Guardians please sign in each athlete attending the training and stay at the grounds.  We appreciate your help with lining up the kids, assisting with equipment (setup, adjustments, packup) etc.
