PARENT ROSTER FOR SEASON 2024-25

At GUNLAC we run a weekly duty roster to ensure we can run all our events each week. Roles in the roster include:

At the time of registration each family is asked to nominate a duty to undertake, however you will NOT be expected to carry out this duty every week. When you register you will be given the choice of choosing both the duty AND a group. Each group will be allocated a set number of meets/dates (as outlined below) so you can easily choose the group which fits with your family schedule. |
Roster Group A - 19th October, 23rd November, 18th January, 1st March
Roster Group B - 26th October, 30th November, 1st February, 8th March
Roster Group C - 2nd November, 7th December, 8th February, 15th March
Roster Group D - 9th November, 14th December, 15th February
Roster Group E - 16th November, 11th January, 22nd February
You can check which Roster Group and Duty you signed up for at any time by logging into www.resultshq.com.au. The roster for each Meet is placed on the Bulletin Board near the program each Saturday.
You'll also receive an email confirming your participation in the lead up to the Saturday you've chosen to participate on. If you are unable to attend any of your rostered meets please make sure to advise us ASAP via email - meets will not be able to run if we do not have enough parent helpers.
