2024-25 Training Schedule

Location: Amaroo Playing Fields
Session time : 6:00 - 7:00pm
3 groups:
Group 1 U6-U8
Group 2 U9-U10
Group 3 U11 - U17

Training is not compulsory but encouraged for athletes to improve their skills.  There is no training available for Tiny Tots.

Important information to note:
  1. Parents must stay on the grounds at all times, please do not drop your children off and leave.
  2. In the event of inclement/hot weather and/ or other cancellations or changes to the schedule please keep an eye on the GUNLAC Facebook page. ​HOT WEATHER POLICY FOR TRAINING - if the temperature 60 minutes prior to the commencement of the session is 35.0 degrees or higher on BOM App then training will be cancelled.
  3. Parent assistance during the sessions (by resetting the High Jump bar, raking sand, standing hurdles back up, etc) is invaluable and very welcome.
