Parents, our coaches would love for you to stay close by so we can engage with you about your athletes and where needed get your help with activities for the session. This is a great way to learn more about the sport and have some fun with your athletes. We would also love to get to know you too - please don't disappear across the oval.
If the weather is not favourable and we are unable to go ahead, we will send out communications early Thursday afternoon.
2023-24 Club/Centre Challenge will be held 2 December 2023, 3pm - 8pm at the Woden Athletics Track.
Athletes from Under 11s and up can participate in the Challenge.
Registrations are being coordinated by Capital Athletics. The link to register and information about the Challenge is available on the Capital Athletics website.
Online entry fee is $15 and covers all events entered. Online entry closes at 9pm 30 November 2023.
On the day entry is $30 and entries close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for the event.

Meet 7 is tomorrow, Saturday 25 November.
There is rain forecast for Saturday but the Meet will go ahead if the weather is fine.
In the event that we have to cancel due to bad weather, we will have an announcement put up on our Facebook page and the website by 7:45am (Junior Session) 9:30am (Senior Session). If you don’t see a message on our website then the meet is still on.

Parent Roster Group B is rostered on for Meet 7! If you are not sure if this is your group or if you are after information on the duties please head to our PARENT ROSTER page.
If you are in Parent Roster Group B and have nominated to do set-up please remember to arrive by 8am for junior and 9:30am for Seniors.
If you are rostered on for Senior set-up please meet at the shed (behind the Canteen) at 9.30am. You will then be directed on what we need to set up.

When confirming our 2023-24 season dates, we originally did not schedule a meet for Saturday, 2 December as t was going to clash directly with a Capital Athletics event. We have since been informed that this is not the case and we can now run a meet on December 2nd to our calendar.
As 2 December was not initially on our calendar, no roster groups have been allocated to assist with this meet. Due to this, we are creating a roster just for our December 2nd meet. A few families have already volunteered to assist with the running of our meet on this day by filling a roster duty – thank you. We are looking for more families to create a full roster though.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you can fill any roster duty on Saturday, December 2nd.
We need families to fill all roster duties on the day – U6-U8 set up, U6-U8 Canteen/BBQ Assistants, U6-U8 Track Assistants, U9-U17 set up, U9-U17 Track Assistants, U9-U17 Canteen/BBQ Assistants and Pack up.
