When confirming our 2023-24 season dates, we originally did not schedule a meet for Saturday, 2 December as t was going to clash directly with a Capital Athletics event. We have since been informed that this is not the case and we can now run a meet on December 2nd to our calendar.
As 2 December was not initially on our calendar, no roster groups have been allocated to assist with this meet. Due to this, we are creating a roster just for our December 2nd meet. A few families have already volunteered to assist with the running of our meet on this day by filling a roster duty – thank you. We are looking for more families to create a full roster though.

We need families to fill all roster duties on the day – U6-U8 set up, U6-U8 Canteen/BBQ Assistants, U6-U8 Track Assistants, U9-U17 set up, U9-U17 Track Assistants, U9-U17 Canteen/BBQ Assistants and Pack up.
