Are you new to triple jump this season (U11) or need a refresher before the season starts? At our first training session on 12 October we will be tackling triple jump (U11-U17). Please come along so you can learn about triple jump before the season starts on 14 October!

U6-U10 will be learning some valuable shotput and discus skills at our first training session this season.
