FINAL THURSDAY TRAINING FOR 2016!

Tomorrow (Thursday December 15th) will be our final GUNLAC Thursday training before our Xmas break. We will re-commence training on Thursday January 19th. Tomorrow we will be running some fun fitness stations and games to celebrate the end of the year.

A reminder that this Saturday is our final meet of the year = we may even get a special visitor have have some treats to hand out! Check out this week's program on the Club Documents Page.
