GUNLAC THURSDAY TRAINING THIS SEASOn

This season we will again be running training for all GUNLAC athletes U7s and older on Thursday afternoons at Amaroo Oval. Training is FREE and is a great opportunity for athletes to practice their skills in between Saturday meets. During the season we will be offering event specific training session (such as High Jump, Triple Jump etc), so keep an eye on our Training page for up coming sessions. 

Training commences on Thursday October 19th, running from 5.15pm - 6.30pm. The week 1 schedule is now up on our Training page.
