REGISTRATIONS FOR 2025-26 SEASON ARE OPEN

GUNLAC training is back this week at Amaroo Oval - Thursday starting from 5.15pm. This week Simone and our coaching assistants will be running discus and Long Jump practice for all ages - we will be running a junior group (U7 and U10) on long jump first and a senior group on discus, then groups will switch over. GUNLAC training is FREE for all GUNLAC athletes Under 7s and older and is a great way to practice your skills ready for our Saturday meets!  31/8/2018 06:17:00 am
