HIGH JUMP TRAINING FOR ACT CHAMPS!

Under 11 and older athletes who are competing in High Jump this weekend at ACT Champs - we are running a special training session at the AIS Track this Thursday on High Jump (Amaroo oval is closed for the two week shutdown of all grounds). This will focus just on flop technique. 

Training will commence at  5.15pm - 6.30pm and will be run by Coach Rodney. 

If you are interested in attending please email Simone at [email protected] to confirm attendance and find out all the details. AIS does charge a track entry fee but we do have tickets available for athletes for the fee 0f $3.50 (usually casual entry is $5). 

This is a great opportunity to get some final practice and technique advice - thanks to Rodney for offering his time for this session!

IMPORTANT NOTE - As the oval is closed we are not able to offer training at Amaroo this week. Apologies to those who were keen! Unfortunately we can't use the oval if TAMS closes it.
