Meet Programs for 2023

Programs for all 2023 meets are now available on the WEEKLY MEET PROGRAM page. 

For the 2023-24 season, GUNLAC will be operating a 4 week rotating program. Each age group will participate in the program equally across the season depending on age appropriate events.

Meet 2 on 21 October will be doing Program B.
