Special General meeting

A Special General Meeting will be held prior to our meet on Saturday 7 December 2019, at 8am at Amaroo Ovals. 
The purpose of this meeting is for our Treasurer to present GUNLAC’s audited financial reports from our last financial year, as is required under our Club Constitution. It is also a requirement that we advertise this meeting to all members so they may attend. 
Any interested members are welcome to attend and may request a copy of the audited reports beforehand.
