THROWS CLINIC THIS THURSDAY AT AMAROO!

This Thursday afternoon at 5.15pm we will be holding a Throws Clinic with two highly qualified coaches - Les Bottles and Rod Bizzell.

Les and Rod will be holding sessions for Shot Put, Discus and Javelin. This is a great opportunity for our athletes to learn from the best!. For those who are attending the Multi-event Carnival this weekend, or planning on entering ACT Champs, this is a fantastic chance to improve your technique and make a huge difference to your PBs!
