THURSDAY TRAINING AND WEEK 14 PROGRAM

This week at Thursday training we will be running some sessions on the round track for other athletes - great practice for those with 400s and 800s on the program this week, as well as Triple Jump. Younger ones (U7 and U8s) will be doing sprints and throws - full details on the Training Page.
