THURSDAY TRAINING BACK ON FROM THIS WEEK (JANUARY 27th 2022)

Our weekly Thursday training sessions will recommence tomorrow evening! All members are welcome to attend. All age groups will focus on improving their long jump this week.

U6 - U8: 5.30 - 6pm
U9 up: 6 - 7pm.

All athletes must have a parent or guardian stay at the oval for training. Parents are encouraged to help with training.

Please email Rodney on [email protected] if you plan to attend training tomorrow with your children. Rodney will only set up for training tomorrow if he knows some athletes will be there.

From next Thursday, U6 - U10 athletes will train from 5 - 6pm and U11 up from 6 - 7pm.
