REGISTRATIONS FOR 2025-26 SEASON ARE OPEN

A reminder that as last week's training was cancelled we will be running the cancelled session this week - Hurdles for 11s and older, Long jump for U9s and U10s and Throws for U8s and U7s. Fingers crossed the rain stops by then!  26/12/2018 10:22:02 am
I am really sad that we had to cancel last week's training schedule. I was really looking forward to enhance myself and doing some work out with my friends. While, our training session was cancelled, I did some training on my own. I went running around our neighborhood for around two hours, afterwards, I did some squats and other light exercises at the park. It was really fun doing some exercises at the park, however, I really miss doing it with you guys. Comments are closed.
