Thursday Training - this week's Schedule

Lots of variety for our second Thursday Training session this Thursday - long jump and sprints for our youngest group (U7s & U8s), U9s and U10s will be on High Jump (scissors) and older athletes on Triple Jump. Thursday training is a great opportunity to practice your technique, particularly in events which are new for your age group this season. The session are FREE to all GUNLAC athletes, we just ask that parents stay and supervise their children during training - helpers are alway welcome too! Please do not leave your children unsupervised at training. Check out our training page for more details.
