Training 19 October

The weather is looking great for this Thursday and training is a go!

Come down and join us for training this Thursday. U6-U10s will be working on shotput and U11-U17s will be working on triple jump.

Please note, we have made some amendments to the training program due to the cancellation of last weeks training - we may make further amendments as the season goes so please keep an eye on our TRAINING page for the latest program.

Group 1 U6-U8
Group 2 U9-U10
Group 3 U11 - U17

Training is not compulsory but encouraged for athletes to improve their skills.
