Training - 7 December

Training is on this Thursday 7 December.

It is forecast to be hot. Please ensure your athlete has sunscreen, a hat and plenty of water.

Location: Amaroo Playing Fields

Session time : 5:30pm - 6:30pm

All age groups will be doing shotput and discus as we will be short a few of our junior coaches tomorrow due to Australian Athletics Championships in Perth.
