TRAINING THIS WEEK - THROWS AND TRIPLE JUMP

Check out our training page for the schedule for this Thursday and next Thursday. This Thursday we are running triple jump for U11s and older and throws for Under 9s and older. Under 8s and 7s will do some sprints work. 

We are currently looking for an extra parent/s to help us run throws training this Thursday. Please Email Simone at [email protected] if you can help. Simone will provide you with guidance on the key aspects of the training so don't feel you need to be an expert!
