Training Thursday February 24th 2022

This week's training sessions will focused on jumps:

5-6pm
U6-U7 Long jump 
U8-U10 Long jump

6-7pm
U11-17 Long jump & Triple Jump

All athletes must complete the sign-up form on the Training Page before attending training (so we know how many athletes to expect. Parents must stay at training and are encouraged to assist with set-up and pack-up of equipment. 

It is forecast rain on Thursday - keep an eye on Facebook and this website for any announcemnts on cancellation if it is raining.
