Our training page has been updated with schedules for this week and next week (8th and 15th February). This week (February 8th) we will be running a special Javelin session for our Under 11s and older - this is a great opportunity to practice if you want to improve your PB and/or if you are keen to do this event at ACT Championships. Younger athletes will do shot put and some sprints. Next week we will be running the always popular HIGH JUMP session! This will be for both scissors and flop technique.
