TRAINING UPDATE

Training will recommence NEXT Thursday 24th January. The training schedule for the two January sessions is now available on the Training Page. Athletes interested in getting some event specific coaching can also speak directly with Coach Rodney from 8am on Saturday mornings (during set-up).
