Walks TRaINING THIS SATURDAY (February 9th)!

This Saturday we will be running a second Race Walking Training session commencing at 8am at Amaroo Oval.
This session will be run by Matt from the ACT Race Walk Club and is a great opportunity for interested athletes to learn walking technique. Athletes can also complete a walks event at 8.30am (combined with the 1500m run).
If your interested in entering a walks event for ACT Champs next month don't miss this opportunity!

We are going to have lots of training today. If you want to be better, then training is the only way. I know that it is not a fun thing to do, but believe me, it is what I want to do. There are lots of people who want to get better without even trying, and that will never happen. To be the best, you need to work like the best. I want people to understand how things work in life.
