We had a great roll up for our long jump session last week - great to see our athletes working on their skill during winter! This weekend Coach Rodney will be running a DISCUS session - 12pm at Amaroo Oval. If you are planning on coming along please email Rodney to let him know - find all the details on our Training Page.  Winter training continues this Saturday 12pm at Amaroo Oval with Coach Rodney running a Long Jump session. This is a great opportunity to practice your skills for up coming school or zone carnivals.
