For the 2023-24 season, GUNLAC will be operating a 4 week rotating program. Each age group will participate in the program equally across the season depending on age appropriate events. Meet 2 on 21 October will be doing Program B.

GUNLAC was lucky enough to receive a grant through the Coles Little Athletics Community Fund – Round 8 grants to purchase some new hurdles.
Keep an eye out for our new bright blue hurdles at our upcoming meets! The 2023 Coles Little Athletics Banana A-Peel runs from Wednesday 18 to Tuesday 24 October 2023. Coles will be donating 10 cents from every kg of Cavendish bananas sold (up to a maximum of $150,000) to the 2024 Coles Little Athletics Community Fund. Support Little Athletics Centres by heading to Coles and grabbing some Coles Cavendish bananas this week! Come down and join us for training this Thursday. U6-U10s will be working on shotput and U11-U17s will be working on triple jump. Please note, we have made some amendments to the training program due to the cancellation of last weeks training - we may make further amendments as the season goes so please keep an eye on our TRAINING page for the latest program. Location: Amaroo Playing Fields Session time : 5:30 -6:30 3 groups: Group 1 U6-U8 Group 2 U9-U10 Group 3 U11 - U17 Training is not compulsory but encouraged for athletes to improve their skills.
Parent Roster Group A is rostered on for our first meet on 14 October.
